Contracts Senior Manager The Opportunity: As a contract senior manager, you will lead our contracts disruption cell supporting the National Security Sector and use your experience to support transforming our contracts strategies. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our team where you’ll be a trusted leader who empowers the team to find creative solutions to complex problems while developing customer relationships inside and outside of Booz Allen. As a contract manager on our team, your knowledge will be applied to strategic decisions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations, and teaming agreements, negotiations, and contract management. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates on the National Security Sector team with opportunities to mentor and guide staff. You Have: Experience with different solicitation and contract types, including broad agency announcements, commercial solution openings, requests for quotes, fixed price and time, and material contracts Experience evaluating, negotiating, and executing non-FAR based U.S. government contracts for the development and sale of emerging technologies and products Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives Ability to draft moderate to complex non-routine contractual articles or clauses Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues Ability to develop customer relationships with internal and external customers Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience with contract management, Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with contract management, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience with contract management Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience with employee management Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills TS/SCI clearance NCMA Professional Certification such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
