Facilitate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work with a team in support of blended operations. Provide support for OCONUS operations. Brief customer management on technical findings. Display a mastery of the key suite of customer targeting tools and data repositories. Respond to written memos from the customer field officers. Developing a targeting through the entire targeting lifecycle. Collaborate with other IC elements and stakeholders EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstration of the traditional SOO Skillset. Demonstrated experience in drafting and coordinating customer correspondences. Demonstrated experience with customer tools and databases. Understanding of customer technical capabilities and methodologies. Experience drafting work products with actionable information and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience briefing a wide variety of audiences, and possession of excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge and experienced with using the internet and understanding the customer processes. Knowledge of customer proper protection methods. Strong interpersonal and writing skills. Managing multiple high priority tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and able work well in a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly Organized. Self-Starter. Other specialized skills will be requested upon application to position. The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
